湖北瑞林特鋁業(yè)科技股份有限公司成立于2004年12月，注冊資本金1000萬元。現(xiàn)具有年產(chǎn)1XXX、2XXX、3XXX、4XXX、5XXX、6XXX、7XXX、8XXX系列精密無縫鋁管、鋁棒、鋁排、角鋁、槽鋁、工字鋁、異型材5500噸，AZ、ZK系列鎂合金、LA系列鎂鋰合金、白銀等無縫管500噸的綜合生產(chǎn)能力。產(chǎn)品主要銷往電子電力、石油化工、五金工具、機(jī)械制冷、航空航天、軍工、辦公設(shè)備、交通運(yùn)輸?shù)刃袠I(yè)或領(lǐng)域。銷售網(wǎng)絡(luò)遍布全國二十多個(gè)省、市、自治區(qū)，直接或間接出口到東南亞及歐美等地區(qū)。
公司擁有擠壓成型、精密軋制、引拔精抽、精確整形、熱處理等國內(nèi)先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)作業(yè)線。36MN、13.5MN、6.3MN、5.5MN擠壓機(jī)五臺(tái)(其中有兩臺(tái)雙動(dòng)機(jī))，30、60、75、90精密軋管機(jī)六臺(tái)，10噸、30噸、60噸、75噸管材拉拔機(jī)五臺(tái)，大、小管材輥式及型材矯直機(jī)六臺(tái)，固溶淬火、時(shí)效、退火等熱處理設(shè)備五臺(tái)。在產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量檢測方面，有金相組織和化學(xué)成分分析、機(jī)械性能、電導(dǎo)率、渦流探傷等檢測設(shè)備十多臺(tái)套。
公司員工七十人，經(jīng)常邀請國內(nèi)鋁加工專家對員工進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)知識和專業(yè)技能培訓(xùn)，注重員工間開展崗位練兵和技術(shù)比武， 每年有計(jì)劃引進(jìn)和聘用鋁加工高精尖技術(shù)人才。現(xiàn)擁有高級職稱5人，中級職稱24人，高級技師3人，中級工及有專業(yè)特長人員15人。與中南大學(xué)、華中科技大學(xué)、安徽工業(yè)大學(xué)、陜西科技大學(xué)等科研院校建立產(chǎn)、學(xué)、研合作關(guān)系。公司取得國家實(shí)用新型專利24項(xiàng)，發(fā)明專利3項(xiàng)，湖北省科技創(chuàng)新成果一項(xiàng)。自主研發(fā)的“新型高強(qiáng)度高電導(dǎo)率耐熱鋁合金材料及其型材制造方法”，其整體技術(shù)達(dá)到國內(nèi)領(lǐng)先水平，擁有完全的自主核心技術(shù)。公司從2013年開始，瞄準(zhǔn)軍工后勤建設(shè)和戰(zhàn)時(shí)保障需要，重點(diǎn)研發(fā)和試生產(chǎn)軍工科研裝備、雷達(dá)通信、航空航天、防恐防暴等領(lǐng)域鋁合金材料技術(shù)。

Hubei Brilliant Aluminum Technology Co., Ltd. was established in December 2004 with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Currently, our company has an annual production capacity of 5,500 tons of precision seamless aluminum tubes, aluminum rods, aluminum bars, angle aluminum, groove aluminum, I-shaped aluminum, and special-shaped materials in the 1XXX, 2XXX, 3XXX, 4XXX, 5XXX, 6XXX, 7XXX, and 8XXX series.The comprehensive production capacity of AZ, ZK series magnesium alloy, LA series magnesium-lithium alloy, silver and other seamless pipes is 500 tons. The products are mainly sold to industries or fields such as electronics and power, petrochemicals, hardware tools, mechanical refrigeration, aerospace, military industry, office equipment, and transportation. The sales network covers more than 20 provinces, cities, and autonomous regions in China, directly or indirectly exporting to Southeast Asia, Europe, and America.
Our company has advanced domestic production lines such as extrusion forming, precision rolling, drawing and precision drawing, precision shaping, and heat treatment. There are five 36MN, 13.5MN, 6.3MN, 5.5MN extrusion machines (including two dual-drive machines), six 30, 60, 75, 90 precision pipe rolling machines, and five 10-ton, 30-ton, 60-ton, 75-ton pipe drawing machines. There are six large and small pipe roller and profile straightening machines, and five heat treatment equipment for solution quenching, aging, and annealing. In terms of product quality testing, there are more than ten sets of testing equipment for metallographic structure and chemical composition analysis, mechanical properties, conductivity, eddy current flaw detection, etc.
Our company has seventy employees and often invites domestic aluminum processing experts to provide business knowledge and professional skills training for employees. It emphasizes on job training and technical competitions among employees, and plans to introduce and hire high-precision aluminum processing technical talents every year. Currently, there are 5 senior professional titles, 24 intermediate professional titles, 3 senior technicians, and 15 intermediate workers and personnel with professional expertise.It has established cooperative relationships with research institutions such as Central South University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Anhui University of Technology, and Shaanxi University of Science and Technology. Our company has obtained 24 national utility model patents, 3 invention patents, and 1 scientific and technological innovation achievement in Hubei Province. The "new high strength and high conductivity heat-resistant aluminium alloy material and its profile manufacturing method" has reached the leading level in China. Since 2013, the company has focused on the research and development of aluminium alloy material technology in military research equipment, radar communication, aerospace, anti-terrorism and anti-riot.
Our company has been rated as an advanced unit in economic construction by the Xishui County Committee of the Communist Party of China and the County People's Government for many consecutive years, and has been jointly rated as one of the top 30 small and medium-sized enterprises in Xishui County by the Xishui County Statistics Bureau, Economic and Information Bureau, and other departments.
